Terms of Service

Using instamp3box.com means you agree to what’s below. If you don’t, please don’t use it. None of this is legal advice.

1. What the service does

InstaMP3Box takes a link to publicly available media on Instagram, pulls out the audio track and hands it back as an MP3. It’s free and there’s no account.

2. Your side of it

You’re responsible for the links you submit and for what you do with the file. You agree you’ll only convert media that:

• you made or own; or
• the rights holder has given you permission to copy; or
• is licensed in a way that covers what you’re doing, and you follow that licence; or
• is public domain where you live.

Converting a file gives you no rights in it. You can’t republish, distribute, monetise or claim authorship of audio that isn’t yours. Instagram’s own terms of use are between you and Instagram, and staying inside them is on you too.

3. What you can’t do

• Infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or anything else.
• Try to reach private or otherwise non-public content.
• Automated or bulk use, scraping, or anything that degrades the service for other people.
• Work around rate limits, or probe, scan or test our systems.
• Anything unlawful, or anything that would land us in trouble.

Break any of that and we may block you, tighten your limits or refuse service, without notice.

4. Not affiliated

InstaMP3Box is independent. We’re not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Trademarks belong to their owners and appear here only descriptively.

5. Copyright complaints

We don’t host media. Files are converted in transit and never stored, so there’s nothing on our systems to take down. If you think the service is being used to infringe your rights, write to dmca@instamp3box.com and include: what the work is, the exact URL involved, how to contact you, a statement that you hold the rights or are authorised to act, and your signature. Complete notices get a prompt response, and we can block specific content or users.

6. Availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise it will stay up, that any given link will convert, or that the output will be what you hoped. It depends on a third-party platform we don’t control, so it can break without warning, and we can change or stop any part of it at any time.

7. No warranties

To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, InstaMP3Box isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or goodwill, arising out of your use of the service. Where liability can’t be excluded, it’s capped at one hundred US dollars. Some places don’t allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to you only as far as they’re permitted.

9. Indemnity

You agree to cover InstaMP3Box against any claim, liability or expense that comes out of your use of the service or your breach of these terms.

10. Changes

These terms can change. The date at the top changes when they do, and continued use means you accept the new version.
